Refuse bribes and you will never be shaken (October 4,2020)

Psalm 15:5 who lends his money without interest and refuses a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken.

Life application:

In many countries, corruption is a way for some people to get rich or get favor from the autorithy of their country. In other countries, corruption is made legal covered by the authorities.Refusing to take a bribe can lead to rejection and persecution by the people around you. As Christian , we are called to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth which means that we should shine forth our light so that those who are involve in such practices will be aware of their wrong doing and be responsible for the consequences. Do not be afraid to resist the temptation of corruption in any form, put your trust in The Lord and you will never be shaken. As it is written The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? Do not COMPROMISE and say that God will understand!

How to pray through:

1. Thank The Heavenly Father for life, good health, revelation of His word. And acknowledge that He is the source of your life.

2. It is written: pray that you will not fall in temptation. Pray to The Lord and ask Him to deliver from any temptation that may lead to disobey His Word.

3. Bless and thank the Lord for continually interceding for you and for being your shield.

4. Thank The Lord for not letting this corrupt to shake your faith even as you continue to obey His Word.
